Register For The Academic Hospitalist Academy
You can register for the AHA online, or by downloading and completing the registration form.
Online Registration
Registrants must log in to the SGIM website to be able to register online. Please click the Register Online link below and then select either “ "Member Login" or select link for "create a Non-member account” Note: SGIM members, use your SGIM username and password. Nonmembers, you do not need to be an SGIM member to attend the program, however, you will need to create an account following the steps on the “log-in” landing page.
After you have logged in, fill in registration information and Continue Registration to enter payment. If you are having difficulty registering online, please see the instructions below to register by print form and phone.
